10,000 steps a day can either be easier than you think, or a lot harder, depending on your particular situation. 10,000 steps a day is a pretty well accepted standard for basic activity, but if you're having trouble getting there then these ideas may help. Some of them I guarantee you've heard before (like taking the stairs instead of the elevator) but sometimes it's good to hear it again.
